A flexible and transparent way to build your custom home
Olympia Homes also offers Cost Plus Build contracts for qualifying custom home projects.
With a cost plus agreement, the homeowner pays the actual cost of construction plus an agreed-upon builder fee. This approach is ideal for clients who want greater transparency, more flexibility with selections and allowances, and a more customized building experience.
During our planning phase, we review your lot, plans, specifications, and overall project goals. We then prepare a detailed proposal, discuss allowances and selections, and walk through the projected costs before construction begins so you can understand the scope and budget clearly.
